Amanda
Amanda is a professional singer, songwriter and artist. From a young age, she has participated as a singer in TV shows on both DR1 and TV2 and has since her very early teenage years played live concerts with talented and well-established musicians from Denmark and abroad, such as Niels Lan Doky, Mathias Heise, Brian McKnight, Debbie Sledge, Dave Weckl and others. She has performed in both Denmark and abroad at music venues such as Blue Note Tokyo, the National Museum, Aarhus Musikhus, NIMB and The Standard Jazz Club.
Amanda is a versatile singer with a wide repertoire in jazz, R&B/soul as well as both new and older pop. Her technically strong vocals sound bright and Nordic, but have clear references to the American soul heritage.
Interpretation and communication are key words in Amanda's performances and she delivers songs with vulnerability and emotional conviction
