Limunt seeks booker and project manager (full-time) (published 27/8-2025)
Do you want to help create unique music experiences and grow an ambitious booking business? At Limunt, we're passionate about bringing live music closer to people - from intimate moments to large festive events. We're a small, passionate team and we're now looking for a new colleague to help take us to the next level.
Your tasks
- Dialogue with customers via email and phone
- Handling and following up on booking enquiries
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Support in onboarding new artists and collaborators
- Contribute to website and social media content (ad hoc)
We are looking for you who
- Share our passion for live music and events
- Service-minded, structured and good written and verbal communication skills
- Thrive on both answering enquiries and seeking out new opportunities
- can balance the commercial and creative so that both customers and artists get value
- Speaks and writes fluent Danish and English
- work independently, are self-motivated and can work in a remote team
- Want to be part of a small, close-knit team with humour and a fast pace
Experience from the music industry, event industry, sales or customer service is an advantage - but not a requirement.
About the position
- Full-time, primarily remote from home office
- Joint working days in Holbæk and Stevns where we spar and develop ideas together
- Fixed salary + attractive commission agreement (uncapped)
- Start date: 1 October or as soon as possible

Limunt.com was founded in 2016 and is today an international booking company based in Denmark with activities throughout the Nordic region. Our mission is to bring live music to events by being the link between talented artists and both private and corporate customers.
