DK15978333<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Terms of co-operation for freelance artists at Limunt<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thank you for choosing to work with Limunt! We work every day to create the best <\/span><b>live experiences<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for our customers - and the best collaborations with our artists.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Below you will find our general terms of co-operation. If you choose to collaborate with Limunt, it also means that you accept this framework for the collaboration.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>1. Collaboration framework<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The collaboration with Limunt is <\/span><b>not exclusive<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. As an artist, you are free to take jobs through other channels, agencies or direct enquiries. It is free to be represented at Limunt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We work based on trust, flexibility and professionalism - and expect the same from our artists.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/p>\n<p><\/span>.<\/p>\n<h3><b>2. Enquiries and pricing<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As an artist at Limunt <\/span><b>You set your own price<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and only accept jobs if the price feels fair for your performance and effort.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are two types of queries:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Direct enquiries:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The customer specifically wants you or your act. In these cases, Limunt will contact you to check availability and price level, after which we will get back to the customer with an answer.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>General enquiries:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Here, Limunt pitches different concepts or artists to the client based on needs, theme and budget. The customer then chooses which artists they want to enquire about in more detail.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You always choose whether you want to accept an offer.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>3. Bookings and communication<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All Limunt bookings are handled through <\/span><b>LiveForce apps<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, where you can find all relevant information about jobs and collaborations. To be booked through Limunt, each band member, DJ or soloist must have a LiveForce profile (creation takes about 10 minutes).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customer enquiries that arise in connection with Limunt bookings - both <\/span><b>before, during and after<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a job - always refer the customer back to your contact person at Limunt. This also applies if the customer wants to book you again.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>4. Expectations for artists<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We expect our artists to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">show up well-prepared and professional,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">are service-minded and flexible to customer requests within the scope of the job.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Represent Limunt in a positive and respectful manner towards customers and business partners.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>5. Selection of artists for jobs<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When Limunt selects artists for a job, we consider several factors to ensure the best possible experience for the customer and a professional collaboration for all parties. We emphasise:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Artistic level:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> We primarily work with artists at conservatoire level or equivalent experience level.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Style and expression:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> We match the individual artist's style, playing style and expression to the specific job. We prioritise stage-savvy, welcoming and professional artists.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Communication:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The ability to respond quickly, coordinate and provide a good customer experience is essential.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Collaboration:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Live experiences are a team sport. We expect everyone to actively contribute to logistics, technique and solving practical challenges.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Geographical location:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> We prioritise local artists whenever possible to strengthen both sustainability and local anchoring throughout Scandinavia.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>6. Limunt's role and remuneration<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Limunt conveyor <\/span><b>live experiences<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for more than 500 events annually across the Nordic region. The workload varies greatly from job to job - from simple soloist bookings to larger productions with technical, execution and long-term collaborations. That's why we have <\/span><b>No fixed percentage<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on our fee. Our share depends on the specific labour input for each event.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>7. Economy and payment<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Limunt always invoices the customer directly. The customer pays first, <\/span><b>when the job is completed<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, In LiveForce, you can see how you should proceed to receive your salary, after which the fee is paid to the artist(s).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please note that the payout time can vary - in some cases more than 30 days, as payroll is typically run on the first Friday of each month. If you run your own business and send invoices to Limunt, the payment deadline must be <\/span><b>minimum 30 days on the invoice<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Questions about salary or payment should be directed to: <\/span><b>support@limunt.com<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>8. Marketing and branding<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Limunt continuously invests in online marketing (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, etc.).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To protect this investment and avoid our ads leading directly to the artist's own channels, <\/span><b>we often rebrand the received material<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (name, images, videos, texts, etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This means we can:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use an abbreviated or alternative artist name,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Edit and curate content to match Limunt's visual expression and tone.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is always done with respect for you as an artist - the purpose is simply to ensure that all customer enquiries via our marketing go through Limunt - and at the same time it means that you as an artist can continue your bookings via other channels without it having any impact on the collaboration with Limunt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For specific gigs, you must therefore present yourself to the customer with the artist name that appears on Limunt's website.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>9.
