Lukas Graham is the story of a musical community. It all started with a unique and talented boy who grew up in Christiania in Copenhagen. He charmed and captivated first Denmark and then the world with beautiful pop, poetic lyrics and singing his heart out.
The musical journey started back in 2011, when the song 'Drink In The Morning' brought Lukas Graham to the attention of the Danes - and since then it has taken him to big stages, major radio stations, international TV programmes and, of course, top 100 lists around the world.
The breakthrough from a Danish darling to an international mega-success was made clear when Lukas Graham was nominated for three US GRAMMYs in 2017. The highly personalised poem '7 Years', which later became a song of the same name, created a universal storytelling that listeners of many nationalities could identify with. It later became another global hit with the album 'Love Someone', which went platinum in 18 countries.
